A brand new vodcast:

S.Pellegrino is proud to announce the launch of Sparkling Conversations around the table, the brand new vodcast, now available on YouTube and Spotify.

Hosted by Nick Grimshaw, the series brings together eight internationally renowned chefs for four episodes of open, honest conversations recorded during the Grand Finale of the latest S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition in Milan.

Christophe Bacquié, Jeremy Chan, Antonia Klugmann, Niki Nakayama, Elena Reygadas, Julien Royer, Mitsuharu Tsumura and Nelson Freitas share reflections on ambition, failure, discipline, instinct and creativity – revealing the human side behind their culinary journeys through stories, memories and personal insights.

What to expect? Royer reveals the recipe he would never make again, Bacquié confesses who his toughest critic is, Klugmann explains how she slows down in her free time, while Nakayama shares her favourite comfort food.

Across the four episodes, the chefs exchange views on pride, inspiration, values and the future of new generations in the kitchen.
